In order to ensure you are dialing out correctly, you will need to verify the following:

1. That calls are being made from our App interface only

2. That your device has a stable internet connection (either from your Data plan you purchased or via a stable WiFi connection)

3. That you are dialing using the proper international dialing format even for local calls
