Simply use Whatsapp as you normally would as your Whatsapp is registered under your primary number.
Just make sure that your primary line has been deactivated, and to only use data from either your eSIM's Data Plan or WIFI.
In addition, we strongly advise against using our temporary US phone numbers to set up a new Whatsapp account or exchanging it with your current primary number.
