Who qualifies for a refund?

If our technical support team is unable to resolve a technical issue (after giving our technical support team a sufficient and reasonable amount of time in order to attempt to resolve an issue) after exhausting all possibilities, we will issue a refund for any unused Data or Voice Minutes.

Please note, QR codes are included in the price and will not be refunded if used

If activated eSIM DOES NOT qualify for a full refund, only eSIMs that have not been activated qualify for a full refund
