Can I delete or remove my esim?

You should NEVER delete of remove your eSIM from your device!

Deleting your eSIM without being explicitly instructed by our support team to do so, will result in additional charges for a new eSIM and QR code (As the cost of your initial eSIM and QR code have already been included in the price of your purchase, but not the cost of an additional new eSIM and QR code).

In addition, any customers who remove their eSIMs without being explicitly instructed by our support team to do so will no longer be eligible for a refund.
