Why am I only getting 3G connectivity?

Our service supports up to 4G connectivity but we can not guarantee that you will be able to connect via 4G only, as some networks and locations only support up to 3G connectivity.

If you feel it is insufficient, we can recommend that you manually switch to another network in the area and see if there is any improvement.
