I have installed my eSIM but no internet

Once you have verified that your 'Data Roaming' is switched to on and your eSIM is set to active, please turn 'Airplane' mode on and off and try connecting again.

If that doesn't work, please restart your device giving it several minutes to reboot in order to allow for a proper reconnection.

If you are still unable to connect at this point, please do not take any further action other than immediately contacting our customer support via email at [email protected] or by clicking on the blue icon located at the bottom right of our site in order to access our 24/7 live chat support.
